7 facts about me

I love photography
I have been interested in photography for for about 15 years now. I really got into it between 2003-2006, and I find it to be a great way to relax. I do it just as a hobby but would like to practice it more to get better at it.

I used to be in Color guard / Marching band in high school
Back in High School I was in the color guard of my marching band for 4 years. It was probably the most fun I have ever had, and I got to enjoy it with some of my best friends.

I have 2 children
I have a 15 month old and a 10 year old. Yes I know that’s quite a gap, but my son’s father and I split up years ago and I met my current husband. We waited until we were both ready to have more children, and my son finally got to have a little sister like he had been asking for 🙂

I have lived in few different states
I have lived in California, New Mexico, Colorado, Michigan, Texas, New Jersey and Indiana. My family just moves a lot, we are not military (I get asked that a lot).

I have a job and I am a SAHM
Now a days you can do both. I work from home, online as a medical coder. I only work part time right now since my daughter and son take up more of my time but I enjoy earning my own income to pay off my car myself, while my husband works full time.

I am pretty good at singing
I love to sing but I don’t like to sing around small groups of people. I do like to sing in front of big groups of people though, and I am fine in front of my kids.

I am OBSESSED with Asian dramas
Don’t ask me if I watched any main stream shows lately – I actually enjoy Japanese and Chinese Dramas the most. I have found a few good ones on Netflix but I actually like quite a few that I have to locate online to watch since they are not (officially) translated or posted on an American network. I am always looking for a site that has more shows, so if you know any please share a link!
